This bar is Amano's award winning black pepper and cardamom truffle in chocolate bar form. As always you will encounter the famous flavors of Guayas dark chocolate, single estate black papper and ground cardamom. Small sugar crystals give a bit of a crunchy texture!
Tasting notes: Rich dark Dos Rios chocolate with bergamot orange, blueberry and lavender notes made out of Dominican Republic cacao beans. The magical flavor of cardamom with the slight warmth of black pepper. Crunch bits make it extra electrifying.
