For this, a thick sachet of lavender infused its divine purple essence into a mildly warmed batch of fresh honey from the SF Peninsula Bees, harvested just this Winter 2020. Raw, so flavorful, so incredibly lovely drizzled over a bit of fresh goat cheese peppered with edible flowers (which bee keeper Catherine Fraley also makes!).
