Chibijay is a Japanese American artist from Santa Cruz, California. As a trade, she imports beautiful Yuzen papers from Japan ( which we also carry at Petite Galleria). She makes gorgeous jewelry of her own unique laser cuts embellished with scraps of the gorgeous paper so that nothing goes to waste! It is finished with a light lacquer, making it water resistant, lightweight and so unique! Don’t jump in a pool with these on, but you’re fine in the rain!
